Will this film be released as a feature in Canada? I must say that I regret not hearing about it at the Toronto Film Festival. I just happened to stumble upon it through Calgary. Great website...

I have not seen this movie but i have heard lots of information regarding this movie (selected for many international film festivals), i am from bangalore, india. When the film will be released here.I am a great fan of SantoshSivan, i have seen his camera work in films like kaalapani, roja, dalapati, iruvar, dilse etc, they are extraordinary. On the basis of its image alone, the Terrorist is the most beautiful film from India in years (maybe ever). The images of water are ever-present - in streams, in falls, in rain, in tears. It becomes wondrous in itself, as well as a bond between characters, actions, and emotions. The depiction of eyes, hands, faces, convey enough so that the dialogue can remain spare. Indeed, the incredibly expressive eyes of Ayesha Dharkar are so central to the emotional and intellectual core of the film, it would seem to have been impossible without her. That the images are so strong should be no surprise. As a cinematographer, Santosh Sivan has frequently worked with Mani Ratnam, creating beautiful images that have no doubt contributed to the latter's popularity. .

Me a student of film studies and I strongly feel Mr. Santosh Sivan should give up cinematography and just make his own films. He is too good at it! Terrorist is a class act which he will find difficult to follow. Being an aspiring filmmaker myself I would like to congratulate Mr. Sivan on his successful maiden venture. Keep up the good work..
